Thermal conductivity material, in general, is a kind of heat source issued by the heat conduction to other locations or other media of a material, it can be gas (air), liquid (water), metal materials (gold, silver, copper, iron) or other new thermal conductivity materials. Usually the heat conducting material is just a medium. If the medium is good, it can transfer the heat quickly. When choosing the heat conduction material between the computer CPU chip and the radiator, why not choose silver, do not choose copper as heat conduction material? Do we still have to choose Liwang's new thermal grease? Choose metal material 10 CPU will have 10 burnt out! Because even if the surface of the metal is smooth, it can not fit the surface of the CPU chip very well, the actual contact area is very small, there will be a large number of small gaps, the thermal conductivity of these gaps is transferred by air, and the thermal conductivity of air under normal circumstances is only 0.023W/m·k! The selection of thermal conductive silicone grease is because it can make the CPU chip heat sink surface and radiator contact fully, avoid air gap, heat conduction effect is naturally better.
Therefore, the heat conduction material that is better, also depends on what is the product, heat source condition, choose the suitable heat conduction and heat dissipation scheme, in order to judge, the heat conduction material is better. Fit is the best!
Choose reliable new materials, common thermal conductivity new materials are graphite sheet, thermal conductivity phase change material, thermal conductivity silica gel sheet, thermal conductivity silicone tape, thermal conductivity tape, thermal conductivity grease, thermal conductivity paste, thermal conductivity film and so on, such as: Liwang new material thermal conductivity material, and then with thermal conductivity and heat transfer solution, suitable thermal conductivity material is the best material!
